A Sundays at Four first, we’re delighted to present a two piano programme from the outstanding duo of Jun Bouterey-Ishido and Diedre Irons, both with deep connections to Christchurch. Currently based in Hungary, Jun performs widely across Europe, Australia and NZ, having launched his career as a prize winner of the Kerikeri International Piano Competition and National Concerto Competition in 2004. Diedre Irons ONZM MBE is one of New Zealand’s most distinguished musicians, thrilling NZ audiences with critically acclaimed performances with all of NZ’s major orchestras, CMNZ tours and international appearances.
