Acclaimed American jazz singer Kurt Elling, accompanied by his band, performs one New Zealand show only.

Kurt Elling's rich baritone spans four octaves. His repertoire includes original compositions and modern interpretations of standards, combining inspired improvisation, scatting, spoken word, and poetry. 

The New York Times said 'Elling is the standout male vocalist of our time.' He won the DownBeat Critics Poll for fourteen consecutive years and has been named Male Singer of the Year by the Jazz Journalists Association eight times. Grammy nominated over a dozen times, Elling has also been honoured with international jazz awards, including the prestigious Edison Jazz Oeuvreprijs, Lifetime Achievement Award.
