Bublé, You Bastard weaves together stories from the romantic life of local performer Fergus Inder with tunes from the Great American Songbook made famous by Canadian crooner and undeniable bastard Michael Bublé. Through the stories of his young loves, Fergus explores the lessons about romance that the great jazz standards teach us, rightfully blaming all of his failures and heartbreaks on his nemesis: Michael Bublé. This one-night only concert features such Bublé-tarnished classics as “Come Fly With Me,” “Fever” and “La Vie en Rose” presented by a band of four of the most talented musicians in Christchurch. After a night of swingin’ tunes you will almost certainly want to take a swing at Bublé.
